Is $14,500 to reface kitchen cabinets a fair price?
Project Details
I am starting to talk about a kitchen remodel. Some of the major items I have talked about changing include new granite/quartz/quartzite countertops and backsplash, updating to stainless steel appliances, removing the microwave to open that area for a drop-down hood, and changing the lights above. The flooring and wall paint won't be changed. I am debating between painting vs staining the cabinets. I am also looking at countertops with blue color in them. The second big item I am debating is the shape of the island, which I don't care for, and I am looking for options to reconfigure it without too much effort/time.
