Is $12,000 to install quartz kitchen countertop and backsplash a fair price?

My kitchen countertop and backsplash are about 120 sq ft. I received a few quotes that vary significantly for the same quartz slab. I'm questioning if the $6.3k quote is too good to be true, especially since the company was recommended by a marble company. I have confirmed with the second bidder that the quote is indeed for Calacatta Vatican quartz.
