Is $30,000 to reface or repaint oak cabinets and replace countertops a fair price?

I'm looking to replace my countertops and update my oak cabinets, which are still in good shape. I've received several quotes ranging from refacing/repainting to full replacement. I'd prefer to have one contractor handle both the cabinets and countertops to minimize downtime. I also want to upgrade to soft-close drawers. Some of the cabinets near the sink have faded due to water exposure, but generally, they are in good working condition. I'm currently experiencing decision paralysis regarding which route to take.
