I am undergoing a full gut rehab and recently had new counters installed. I had specific requests for a 1-inch overhang from the base cabinet (providing about 1/4-inch clearance) and provided my own square corner sink for precise measurements. I also declined a free rounded-corner sink. I expected an additional faucet hole for a soap dispenser. I have text communications with my GC regarding the counter specifications, but the contract from the counter company for the 50% deposit was general and lacked specific details. I'm concerned about the quality of the installation and how to proceed, especially since the largest run has uneven edges and sink problems, and I'm worried the drawer tops will get damaged.
