Is $2,500 to mud a 700 sqft basement a fair price?
Project Details
I hired a mudder to finish a 700 sqft basement for $2500 including materials. The work was very poor quality, with over 250 spots needing fixing after priming. My team and I spent a full day fixing his mistakes and will need to sand and re-prime. I am unsure if I should pay him the full amount given the amount of rework required.
