Project Details
I just purchased a 2 story 2300 square foot Colonial built in '88. Previous owners were meticulous on maintaining things and the interior is mint. I'm finally at a point where I'm doing well financially and want to get ahead of things. I'm going to keep up with the yearly maintenance on all major systems.
