Is $3,000 to replace all crawlspace shims with steel ones a fair price?

Project Details

Near the master bath the walls have sunk a 1/2 inch because the joist crushed the wood shim that sits on a cinder block on concrete pillar in the crawlspace. The joists are 16" on center for a ranch home. I suspect the very large tile bath is too heavy which caused the issue. There does not appear to be any compression elsewhere.
