Is $5,000 to repair concrete cracks a fair price?

I didn't notice these cracks when they did their inspection, I then pointed them out yesterday whilst they were working. They have said the cracks in the concrete are critical and will not last another winter, but it's looked like this for 4 years. I am questioning if the cracks are truly critical and if the quote is reasonable.
