Is $5,000 to repair concrete sections a fair price?

I didn’t notice these cracks when they did their inspection, but I pointed them out yesterday whilst they were working. They have said the cracks in the concrete are critical and will not last another winter, even though it’s looked like this for 4 years. This seems like a lot of money to me, and I doubt they won't last another winter. The person didn't even mention breakages. I'm trying to get a second quote, but it's a bit tricky as they are currently working on our roof.
