Is $7,000 to finish 6,000 sqft of fire-taped ceiling a fair price?
Project Details
I am GC'ing a commercial project and considering doing the ceiling finishing myself to save money. I have experience with smaller drywall projects like basements and bathrooms (up to 1,500 sqft), but haven't tackled a 6,000 sqft ceiling before. The building currently has no heat or HVAC, and temperatures are between 35F and 50F. I'm planning to use crown molding, so inside corners aren't necessary.
