Is $3,800 to paint condo walls, trim, cabinets, and closets a fair price?

Project Details

I'm helping my MIL sell her condo. The realtor is strongly advising us to paint the condo to "neutral" colors. Her kitchen cabinets are in dire need of painting. The realtor just sent us one quote from a painting company that they often use. I asked the realtor how many guys they use and how long it typically takes and they said that it is usually one guy and takes about a week. Labor cost seems high, but I have nothing to compare it to. I'm looking for some insight from professional painters as to what they would charge. AFAIK no spraying will be done and the trim is glossier than the walls. The highest labor estimate is for the cabinets, and it's a small kitchen.
