Is $1,200 to finish ceiling drywall and mud a fair price?
Project Details
I was looking for cheap work and found the contractor on Craigslist. This is my first house, and I'm interested in fix and flipping. I'm also trying to become an electrician. I already paid the contractor via Zelle. I had someone else do the walls previously, but they didn't finish the job, and this contractor only did the ceiling. I provided all the materials (drywall, screws, putty). My neighbor thinks I was overcharged, and I'm asking if the price is fair. The contractor didn't touch the walls because of black mold, which I now have to cut out and fix myself. I don't know how to do this kind of work but should learn.
