Is $6,700 to repaint house exterior with Benjamin Moore Aura (1 coat) a fair price?
Project Details
I want to repaint my house as it has been over a decade since it was last fully painted. I have two quotes, one from a neighbor who happens to be a professional painter. I like my neighbor although I don't really know him very well. He painted other houses in the neighborhood and has a good reputation. I think his quote is very fair relative to other quotes I got. I'm a bit worried about scope creep on the higher quote. I'm asking which option I should go with.
