Is $6,500 to repaint kitchen cabinets (25 doors and 14 drawer faces) a fair price?

I’ve had a few quotes to get my kitchen cabinets repainted by two reputable companies. I'm trying to decide between repainting my old doors or buying and painting new shaker-style doors myself. The pricing seems a little high to me, even though I know it's labor-intensive.
