Is $2,400 to remove popcorn ceiling and repair drywall in living room a fair price?
Project Details
I need my popcorn ceiling removed, which is about 600 sq ft in total, covering the living room, kitchen, and master bath. In the living room, drywall tape needs to be replaced, and a few cracks need repairing. In the bathroom, the top few inches of drywall around the shower need to be replaced. Professionalism is very important to me, and the local contractor didn't seem professional, making me feel more secure with the bigger company. I'm unsure if the bigger company's quote is too high or reasonable, and I'm considering if I should continue looking for other options.
