Is $4,800 to remove popcorn ceiling, apply knockdown texture, and paint in two bedrooms a fair price?
Project Details
I got a quote from a contractor for two bedroom popcorn ceiling removal. One bedroom is 12x12, other is 12x16. I sent photos (did not even send measurements yet) to a contractor and the quote was $4800. This seems insanely high? Asbestos test was negative on our inspection.
