Is $7,500 to overlay and paint 600sqft of ceiling drywall a fair price?
Project Details
The current drywall is cracking and peeling, likely because it was not primed or painted while spackle/joint compound was still wet. There is no evidence of water damage. I live in a VHCOL area and was expecting something closer to $8-10/sqft.
