I am looking for the most efficient and cost-effective approach, considering pipe routing (crawl space, exterior wall, or attic), pipe materials (black iron vs. CSST), minimizing labor time, and ensuring the work is up to code with permits and pressure tests. I need a gas range due to my family's preference and cooking style, despite understanding induction stoves might be a better choice. I previously received a quote for $20,000, which I feel is too expensive and out of my budget.
