I just moved into a house with a pool and live in Northern Ontario, Canada, where winters are harsh. I'm looking for recommendations for a pool cover as the safety covers with tie downs are out of my budget this year. I'm also wondering if the installation would involve drilling into the pavers or the large long stones around the edge.
