Is $38,000 to renovate a 30-year-old pool including coping, tile, sun ledge conversion, and plaster a fair price?
Project Details
We renovated our 30ish year old pool this winter/spring. The plaster job is, IMO, terrible. There are cracks, bubbles and it feels incredibly rough. There is dirt swirled in with the plaster making the pool appear filthy. The stairs going into the pool are angled now and make you feel like you are going to fall in. There is a spot on the submerge that feels hollow and has a small crack on it. The crew also left concrete dust all over the deck and it left stained patches and clumps.
