Is $2,300 to replace 3 non-working pool lights a fair price?

Project Details

My pool was built in 2018, and unfortunately, none of the 3 pool lights work anymore. My husband is great with simple electrical updates such as swapping light fixtures, switches, and ceiling fans, but something about the electrical in the water makes me extra nervous to replace the lights ourselves. I'm curious if this is a feasible DIY fix and if others have replaced their own pool lights.
