Is $12,000 to replaster the pool a fair price?
Project Details
Pool is about four years old in Las Vegas with very hard water. Issues with black spots and staining started two years ago. Pool builder previously performed an acid wash which provided a temporary fix, but the issues returned. The pool is a salt water system with Clear Comfort ozone.
