Is $2,500 to drain and acid wash pool plaster a fair price?
Project Details
My pool is new, finished in October, and was only used for 2 weeks before winterizing and closing for the season. The plaster has yellow stains all over it, and I've been told this was due to bad plaster. The pool builder has completely ghosted me and didn't even come to open the pool in the spring, which was pre-paid. I'm on an already stretched budget.
