Is $30,000 to modernize an existing kidney-shaped pool a fair price?
Project Details
I have an existing kidney shape pool in an old home I bought. My GC is telling me to rip everything out and pay for those modular pools that are a flat fee for a brand new modern square pool, and I need help making the right choice. I live in LA so it's uncovered almost all year. The shape is annoying but not enough to spend that extra money as we are doing a big remodel. The pool is at least 30 years old.
