Is $10,000 to remodel pool plaster and repair waterline tile a fair price?

Project Details

I have hairline cracks in my white pool plaster and some waterline tile falling off. I expected a simple remodel to get it looking better this season so we can save for a larger overhaul and maybe rebuild later. I am considering DIY via YouTube tutorials.
