Is $10,000 to replace a vinyl pool liner a fair price?

I have a 20 'x30 ' vinyl pool that we need a new liner on and I was also looking to potentially add a heater. The quote seems about 30% higher than expected. I am going back and forth on the pump vs gas for the heater. I wish that old timer was still around!
