Is $4,000 to service a pool for the season a fair price?
Project Details
I recently purchased a home in northern Indiana with a pool. The pool was open for three months. I'm questioning a $4000 charge for seasonal service, as I currently live in California and pay $120 a month for pool service there, which does not include opening and closing. The vinyl liner is also new to me. I find the $4000 charge outrageous and am trying to understand normal pool season length and costs in the Midwest.
