Is $40,000 to replace concrete pool deck, coping, liner, and piers a fair price?
Project Details
My concrete pool deck has significant cracks and gaps underneath the slab. I've been told that replacing the concrete would necessitate replacing the coping, the pool liner, and the piers that are currently on the concrete. I'm unsure how much longer this slab will last and am weighing the pros and cons of leaving it as is versus biting the bullet and doing the full replacement. I'm looking for opinions on what to do.
