Is $1,300 to repair a leaking roof section and replace rotted decking a fair price?
Project Details
I was leaking under the gutter along the wall into my attic. This was done last month. I already have a split shingle. There's no rubber piece along the wall like in the third photo, and there are raised shingles. I'm questioning if this is okay. The company is 'reputable' in my area, but I'm concerned about the quality of the work. I don't know if they put anything under the shingles. They removed a large portion of the decking because it was rotted through.
