This quote is for the replacement of an asphalt roof with 26 gauge classic rib metal panels and a flat roof section. - Fabricate and install exposed fastener galvalume roofing system with new drip edge, flashings and ventilation to meet or exceed Florida Building Code. - Install New Drip Edge: Remove existing drip edge and replace with New Drip edge. - Peel & Stick For Metal Roof: Self adhering underlayment composed of non-slip, cross laminated polymer film laminated to a high temperature rubberized asphalt adhesive. It is engineered to be install under metal roofs, providing secondary water resistance. - Ridge Vent For Metal Roof: Fabricate and install matching metal ridge vent, to meet or exceed Florida Building Code. Our system will prevent wind driven water and wildlife from entering your attic, while insuring maximum air flow out of your attic. - Roof Flashing: Ensure all Flashing meets or exceeds Florida Building Code. We will make sure that these areas are installed correctly and water tight. - Replace Existing Pipe Boots: Replace all existing pipe boots to meet or exceed Florida Building Code. - Flat Roof: Tri-Ply Granular Cap Sheet Membrane Roll for Low Slope Roofing. - Dumpster: Provide 2 dumpsters for debris. - Roof Preparation: Remove existing roof system, Inspect roof decking and replace compromised/rotten areas (Additional Plywood to be replaced at a cost of $100.00 per sheet) re-nail decking to code and install peel & stick underlayment. - Debris Removal & Final Clean Up: Remove & discard construction debris and sweep job site for nails using magnetic roller. - Payment Schedule: 50% day we sign, 30% day material arrive, 20% day we finish the roof. - Additional Wood Charge: All wood charge will be add it after tear off is done. 2x4, 2x6, 1x4, 1x6, ext... will be a charge off $8 per ft.
