I am trying to decide if this quote for a metal roof seems reasonable for my 1400 sq ft house in Ohio. Everything is included with it, and I am comparing it to a shingle roofing price which was $10,000 with everything included.

This quote is for the installation of a new metal roof, including removal of existing materials and comprehensive protection layers. The price includes a 15-Year Labor Craftsmanship Warranty and a Limited Lifetime Material Warranty, covering all labor, materials, paperwork, permits, and applicable taxes. - Remove all existing roofing materials down to bare sheathing, re-nail any loose sheathing. - Install 1.5 ribbed Standing Seam textured, 26 gauge hidden fasteners panel with Sherwin Williams Weather XL 40 paint year warranty. This is a system of interlocking panels, with no exposed fasteners. - Install Eave Metal Flashing designed with metal that stands exposure to UV impact. - Install Ice Guard: Epilay Epistik Plus Ice Guard, a high-quality, high-temperature, self-adhering ice and water shield, installed under the metal panels. It self-seals around nails and provides protection for critical areas such as eaves, valleys. - Install Epilay Protective Plus (17 mil) Underlayment: The entire roof will be installed with Ultra Underlayment. - Install Rake Flashing: Metal rake flashing designed for UV exposure will be installed on all offset gables. - Install Ridge Cap, between roof panels on the ridges, designed with metal that stands exposure to UV impact. - Install hip caps, designed with metal that stands exposure to UV impact.
