Is $580 to replace 38 linear feet of fascia a fair price?
Project Details
I just had my roof restoration done, and they had to replace some fascia. They charged me $580 for 38 linear feet. They didn't paint or prime the wood initially. I said something, and they came out, and it looks like they painted, but I'm skeptical about the quality and if the whole board was painted. I didn't think to clarify this with them beforehand as it was an in situ deal.
