Is $580 to replace 38 linear feet of fascia a fair price?

Project Details

I just had my roof restoration done, and they had to replace some fascia. They charged me $580 for 38 linear feet. They didn't paint or prime the wood initially. I said something, and they came out, and it looks like they painted, but I'm skeptical about the quality and if the whole board was painted. I didn't think to clarify this with them beforehand as it was an in situ deal.

Quote Details

Replacement of fascia during a roof restoration project. - Quantity: 38 linear feet - Note: The homeowner questioned if the fascia should have been primed and/or painted, as it was not done initially. The company returned and seemingly painted it, but the homeowner is unsure if the entire board was painted.
