Is $44,395 to replace 6,000 sq ft roof with Malarkey Legacy shingles a fair price?

I’ve posted here once before about pricing with GAF but wanted an opinion on pricing for Malarkey Vs OC. I am curious if this seems fair for the Legacy vs Duration. This is the 4th quote I've received from a company, and it's the only one where I asked about 2 separate shingle brands.
