Is $44,395 to install Malarkey Legacy shingles on a 6,000 sq ft roof a fair price?

I've previously posted about GAF pricing and am now seeking opinions on Malarkey versus Owens Corning pricing. I've received several quotes, and this is the fourth company I've consulted. It's also the only quote where I specifically requested pricing for two different shingle brands. I'm curious if the pricing for Legacy versus Duration seems fair.
