Is $2,550 to remove and replace middle portion of patio roof without skylight a fair price?
Project Details
I’ve been trying to figure out how to get our half patio covering repaired. It’s made of wood and there’s a skylight; whenever it rains water pools at the base of the skylight and has completely rotted that wood. I’ve tried to find bids/estimates as best I can. The $2550 I’m willing to spend but I’m also scared it’s not going to be doable and they’ll get through half the project and realize just replacing that area isn’t feasible.
