Is $9,680 to tear off and replace shingles on house and front entrance a fair price?

Project Details

I've recently been provided this quote and it feels like a good deal. Reviews online seem good and the price seems very fair compared to others I was provided. I'm looking for advice on whether anything stands out as suspect. I was also verbally told that any extra decking required would be at $4 a foot.
