Is $5,400 to replace leaking skylight and repair ceiling/wall a fair price?

Work performed for the skylight replacement in 2022: - Cover the carpet in the room where the skylight is located and set up dust collection equipment. - Remove shingles as needed around the skylight. - Remove and dispose of the existing skylight and water damaged sheetrock on the ceiling. - Prep the rough opening to receive the new skylight. - Install a new Velux non-operable skylight with a solar-powered blind. - Install the flashing kit that comes with the new skylight. - Reinstall the original shingles and new shingles if needed. New shingles will match the existing shingle color as best as possible. - Install new drywall where it was removed, apply 3 coats of tape and compound for a paint-ready condition. - Prime any new drywall. - Paint the entire ceiling with the skylight. - Paint the section of wall the that was repaired with a color match paint.
