Is $3,000 to replace the sheathing on the entire roof a fair price?
Project Details
My contractor replaced the sheathing on my entire roof after a hail storm. The roof replacement was covered by insurance, but I knew beforehand that insurance would not cover the sheathing. I checked the attic and confirmed it is all new plywood.
