Is $13,000 to resingle and replace rotted roof decking a fair price?
Project Details
I am looking at a property. The ceiling in the bedrooms has holes and sagging plaster, indicating it's definitely been leaking for a while. I'm trying to get an idea if this project is going to be opening a can of worms, especially given the roofer's concerns about the trusses.
