


Is $1,200 to replace rotting soffit and fascia a fair price?

I live in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle) and recently got a quote to replace some rotting soffit and fascia. I'm not an expert by any means but wanted to get some feedback on this quote. I'm also wondering if this is a DIY doable project.
