Is $1,020 to replace a rotten board and re-install gutter a fair price?

I'm going to sell the house, so I'm trying to get this eyesore taken care of ahead of time. I had quotes to paint all of the trim and fascia, but decided to only fix the worst looking part by replacing new boards, as painting alone was $2200. I'm not much for roof work, so I would probably hire that part out regardless.
