Is $1,020 to replace a rotten board and reinstall gutter a fair price?

I'm going to sell the house, so I'm trying to get this eyesore taken care of ahead of time. I had quotes to paint all of the trim and fascia, but there are a few spots that would be best to replace with new boards. The painting alone was $2200, so I figured I'd leave the existing paint and only fix the worst looking part. I'm not much for roof work, so I would probably hire that part out regardless.
