Is $550 to repair wind damaged shingles and flashing around dormer a fair price?

Project Details

After some wind damage, I hired a roofer I had used before. They previously replaced shingles and flashing around the dormer, which seemed good. I used them again to add a drip edge and fix a leak, but they added 3" flashing instead of the drip edge, saying the drip edge couldn't be done without ripping up shingles. I hired them a third time for the wind damage shown in the pictures, receiving an estimate for $550. The roofer was working across the street and said he'd do my work the same day, but then postponed due to heat, leaving materials in my yard. The next day was stormy, and he didn't show. He showed up the day after that while I was sick, worked on the roof without contact, and left. I received the invoice for the full amount. The main issue is that the 3" flashing was not removed, and the new drip edge was not installed, despite the material being left in my yard. I believe I shouldn't pay the full invoice since the work isn't completed according to the terms. I'm also concerned about the color match of the repair, which seems poorly done compared to previous work. I'm looking for advice on next steps and plan to record conversations and document everything.
