Is $960 to replace some roof tiles a fair price?
Project Details
I noticed a long oval damp patch between the wall and ceiling, 60cm long. I contacted four roofers, and two provided quotes. Both roofers have excellent reviews across multiple platforms and professional websites, but their quotes are vastly different. I'm unsure whether to choose the lower quote, which might cut corners, or the higher quote, which might be overcharging.
