Is $12,400 to install a new asphalt roof a fair price?
Project Details
Our home is due for a new roof, and we'd like to give it a glow up. Currently it has a typical asphalt roof that isn't anything nice to look at. I'm wondering if someone could provide a probable quote for what real cedar shake and synthetic cedar shake roofing would cost, based on the asphalt roof quote. I'm also looking for recommendations for attractive asphalt roofs that somewhat mimic cedar shake but are more cost effective, like Certainteed Landmark Resawn Shake. I am a roof novice.
