Is $5,200 to replace roof shingles a fair price?

I was quoted $5200 taxes in for GAF Timberline HDZ roof shingles replacement in Bowmanville, Ontario. I'm wondering if what I'm getting is an excellent deal that's worth it. My house is about 1800 square feet. I also got a quote for BP Shingles around the same price but avoided it due to a lawsuit.
