Is $35,000 to replace roof with GAF HDZ shingles and Golden Pledge warranty a fair price?

My HOA only allows GAF shingles, and the roof is original and 22 years old, and the previous owner didn't take care of it. I plan on staying in this house for at least 20 years. I'm trying to understand if the GAF Golden Pledge warranty, which covers workmanship for 25 years, is worth it, as I've heard the 50-year shingle warranty is not reliable. The approved GAF colors/styles are Barkwood and Weathered Wood. I'm also aware that the whole community was built with these two colors/styles.
