Is $3,600 to replace a 10x10 section of rubber roof including plywood a fair price?
Project Details
My rubber roof is only 7 years old, but it was punctured by a branch. I was told it would last 25 years. I'm considering claiming insurance but have a $1000 deductible and am worried about rates increasing. The plywood underneath is soft when walked on. There is moss covering the roof which prevents seeing the puncture. I've decided to clean the moss first, find the leak, and then get it patched for now.
