Is $10,000 to temporarily remove and reinstall 30 solar panels a fair price?

I am under contract for a house with leased solar panels. The roof is 24 years old and needs replacement, which requires the solar panels to be temporarily removed and reinstalled. This cost would fall on me as the future homeowner. I am looking for licensed contractors in Connecticut or other options to keep costs under $10,000, in addition to the roof replacement cost. The current homeowners assumed the solar lease from the original buyers. I plan to negotiate the removal and reinstallation cost as part of the roof cost. Buying out the 6-year-old lease would cost about $25,000, which is not feasible. The original solar company went bankrupt and advised me to use a third-party contractor for removal and reinstallation, confirming it would not void the warranty.
