I am a first-time solar buyer in Orange County and just moved in, so I have no true basis for comparison. I don't currently have a pool, but I asked for the quote to be future-proofed in case I get one in a year or two. The price feels high based on what I've read. The quote does not include the cost for roofing work, which they said they would outsource to a contractor for tile removal and shingle laydown. I am with SDGE.
